Everyone can do little power saving by living usually.
I think only getting up for one hour and two hours early if the sun became a long season, and the amount and the early rests at night to become very big power saving if many people practice it.
The electric power of the lighting is consumed only by staying up during darkness, and if the television and the personal computer, etc. are turned on, the amount is added.
Not the attitude to leave the person because Japanese Government doesn’t put daylight saving time into effect but each person might do independently.
Getting up early is not bothersome unlike a cold season, and because getting up early is really comfortable, only it is not for power saving and I think it is mentally advantageous.
Moreover, the place where the washroom and the door, etc. may be not so bright becomes power saving that it is good to change the lamp wattage and few.
It doesn’t take time if it substitutes it once either.
It is also good that the person in the house that gets warm the toilet seat in the washroom in electricity minimizes, uses the temperature or erases and applies the toilet seat cover.
There might be no goodness too much elderly person’s etc. sitting on a cold toilet seat either.

In addition, use the stairs without using the elevator as long as a heavy person who lives in the apartment house, especially it is not luggage.

The elevator doesn’t have the tragedy of being confined at an emergency earthquake the stairs if it can be a custom ..use.. either.
